Bourdeau Luc
Dr. Luc Bourdeau, graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris, is Director of R&D European Affairs at CSTB. He was a CIB Commission co-ordinator dealing with future studies and was the editor in chief of the “Agenda 21 for Sustainable Construction†published by CIB.
He has been ensuring the Secretariat of the ECTP (European Construction Technology Platform) since late 2004. He is today Secretary General of ECTP and the Energy Efficient Buildings Association (E2BA).

The presentation will emphasize the major R&D and Innovation opportunities that the Construction sector, as biggest industrial employer and major provider of services to citizens and economy, is exploring to contribute to meeting European grand challenges, such as implementing Energy Efficient Buildings and building up Infrastructure networks for a Sustainable Europe.
