Richard Gowland is Technical Director of the European Process Safety Centre (EPSC) (www.epsc.org). EPSC is an industry funded body dedicated to sharing and improving Process Safety best practice in the chemical and process industries in Europe. Richard Gowland has more than 35 years experience in building and operating chemical facilities and 20 years as a Process safety specialist.
