Results from an industrial study is presented addressing “How is industrial work which strengthens competitiveness and production in Sweden developed?â€. From the basis of “good examples†from nine companies, a framework is developed setting focus on new dimensions in development of industrial work, as compared to the past. The framework includes common core values/attitudes that the participating companies consciously strive to develop, and examples of how they work in this direction.
