MSc., Food Science. Dairy scientist for 11 years. For 15 years she was employed in Danish food and feed administrations. From positions as Managing Director in Centre for Advanced Food Studies (LMC), Senior Manager in Danisco and now Aalborg University she is active in the European Food Research Policy arena. She is board’s member of the ETP Food for Life and chair of the Food for Life Mirror Group
"The Technology Road Map of The ETP Food for Life"
The presentation will give an overview of the technological needs and priorities of the food industry as reflected in the ETP Food for Life Implementation Action Plan. The matching priorities reflected in the Factory of the Future Road Map will be outlined in order to point out possible synergies regarding Sustainable Manufacturing, ICT enabled Manufacturing, New Materials and other. Specific challenges regarding handling perishable, biological materials will be dealt with.
