Andrea E. Reinhardt started in banking, studied at University Mannheim and  is working in the field industrial applications of micro- and nanotechnologies since 1996 in the microTEC team focused on development and production of components based on nano enhanced materials and latest state of the art mems production technologies RMPD® and 3D-CSP. In 2001 she co-founded NTC www.ntcgmbh.com. She supports as member of the board nanofutures www.nanofutures.eu, minam  www.micromanufacturing.eu and ZIRP www.zirp.de. In 2009 she was appointed by minister of science and education to join the technology advisory board Rhineland-Plalatinate for the period 2010-2015.
