Brissaud Daniel
Daniel Brissaud has been a professor of engineering design and eco-design at the University of Grenoble (Grenoble-INPG), head of the cluster of research “Management and Organisation of Production Systems and Innovation†for the Rhône-Alpes area, member of the European Association “EMIRAcleâ€, and CIRP fellow. He has been involved in many collaborative projects with industry.

Maximizing the environmental benefit of products results from both their eco-design and the way they are actually used. Alongside with the study of the production and recycling phases, the product use phase must be accurately modeled, meaning that companies must also focus on the final customers’ behaviors when designing new products. It is particularly true for EEE products.
